Registration

Registration fee per person: EUR275 + VAT 21% - early bird discount (until 15 April 2015)
EUR325 + VAT 21% (after 15 April 2015)

Registration Fee Includes

  • Participation in all sessions + materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches (23, 24, 25 June)
  • A dinner on 24 June hosted by EDF Energy
  • Technical visit to Hinckley Point

The fee does not include travel to and from the Workshop, or accommodation.

Deadlines

  • Workshop registration deadline date is Friday, 29 May 2015
  • Any cancellation of Workshop participation after the deadline of 29 May, 2015 will result in loss of entire participation fee
  • Participants applying for an IAEA Financial Assistance Arrangements (see below) must do so no later than 3 April, 2015

Monday, 22 June 2015 from 11:00 – 18:00 and Tuesday 07:30 – 13:00

A help desk will be open throughout the Workshop.

Participation Confirmation

After completing your registration for the Workshop an automatic email will be sent to you confirming your participation.

Financial Assistance Arrangements

The participation fee is EUR275 + VAT (21%) before 15 April and EUR325 + VAT (21%) after 15 April. Travel and subsistence expenses of participants will not be borne by the IAEA, FORATOM or EDF Energy. The IAEA has however, limited funds at its disposal to help meet the cost of participants from countries eligible to receive technical assistance under the IAEA's technical cooperation programme. Such assistance can be offered, upon specific request, to one participant per country provided that, in the IAEA's view, these participants will make an important contribution to the meeting. If governments wish to apply for a grant on behalf of one of their experts, they should address specific requests to the IAEA representative Mr. Brian Molloy (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) using the Grant Application Form

The duly signed Grant Form must be received by the IAEA not later than 3 April 2015 Nominations received after that date or applications sent directly by individuals or by private institutions cannot be considered. The application for financial support should be made at the time of designation of the participants.

The organizers of the Technical Meeting do not accept liability for the payment of any cost or compensation that may arise while a participant is travelling to and from or attending the meeting.

Visas

Workshop participants who require a visa to enter the UK should submit the necessary application to the nearest diplomatic or consular representative of the UK at least six weeks before they travel to the country.

If you need a letter of support from the Workshop organisers, a request should be submitted to either the IAEA or FORATOM no later than 24 April.
